A member of the Landis at Home team will visit you in your home for a free assessment to help create a customized plan of care to fit your needs and wishes. You can change the type of service or number of visits whenever needed – we are very flexible and will work with you to provide the care you desire. You are not locked into a contract and it’s your choice when to discontinue services.

Each applicant undergoes a face-to-face interview prior to being hired. References, drug screens and criminal background checks are also done at the time of hire, as well as verification of any licenses or certifications. Flu and COVID vaccines are mandated for employees.
Each employee completes an initial orientation and receives ongoing training. All staff members are supervised by a Registered Nurse. All team members must demonstrate competence in areas specified by the PA Department of Health including HIPAA, infection control and providing assistance with activities of daily living. A Landis at Home team member is on call 24/7 to support clients, families and team members.
